Major Projects Canberra SPIRE Project

SPIRE is the largest healthcare infrastructure project undertaken by the ACT Government with an investment of over $500 million, SPIRE will deliver increased capacity across Canberra Hospital’s adult and paediatric intensive care, surgical, coronary and emergency services. Communication Link provided embedded communication and engagement resources to support the project’s strategy development and on-ground delivery.

Evoenergy GN21 Citizens’ Jury

ACT Education Wellbeing Workshop

Communication Link was engaged by the Data Strategy Group within the ACT Government Education Directorate to facilitate a workshop with their national colleagues.  Using a World Café approach the workshop identified the priorities for measuring the wellbeing of children and young people – from school readiness to preparation for post school destinations.

ActewAGL ICT Program

Communication Link provided change management support to ActewAGL for the roll out of new internal technology change programs. Communication Link developed a user-targeted documentation and materials, facilitated working groups, and managed  change management risks for the projects.

ACT Wellbeing Indicators
