Evoenergy Consumer Engagement

Project outline

Energy network providers across Australia are being actively encouraged to engage more with their consumers and other stakeholders.  The Australian Energy Regulator has been monitoring the consumer engagement activities of energy utilities for a number of years.

Since 2014 The Communication Link has provided strategic stakeholder engagement services to Evoenergy (formerly ActewAGL Distribution), the electricity and gas network provider in the ACT and some surrounding areas.  The  Services provided by The Communication Link have included guiding the establishment of the Evoenergy Energy and Consumer Reference Council and managing consultation programs relating to energy network pricing, gas access arrangements and vegetation management.
