Location: ACT Communication Link provides specialist stakeholder engagement, communications and organisational change management services using the PROSCI methodology in an AGILE framework, to support the roll out of new technology and associated changes to operating procedures.
The College of Engineering and Computer Science has been granted $35 million to expand and upgrade facilities the college to better prepare students and researchers for the future of engineering. Communication Link is providing internal and external change management and communication services for the project, engaging in continuous dialogue with those involved.
Communication Link undertook an internal and external engagement and process mapping activity for EPIC to identify opportunities for improvement.
