Communication Link has a long working relationship with Evoenergy (and its predecessor ActewAGL Distribution) providing a range of engagement, facilitation and communication services.

In 2014, we developed and implemented the organisation’s inaugural Consumer Engagement Strategy, which included the establishment and management of the Energy Consumer Reference Council. Since then we have worked to implement that strategy and develop two updated versions of the strategy. This has included assisting in many consumer engagement activities to further support consumer input into the work of Evoenergy, in particular as part of the support pricing and regulatory review processes.
