Our tailored workshops, aimed at understanding customer priorities in the energy sector, contributed to securing the 2022 Energy Network Consumer Engagement Award
AusNet is regional Victoria’s largest; energy network provider.
Communication Link was engaged by AusNet to conduct a series of workshops with regional customers and small business owners to gather feedback to inform their gas regulatory submission.
These workshops, totalling three rounds and spanning multiple regional locations, allowed AusNet to gain valuable insights into customer priorities and satisfaction levels, as well as support for their proposed strategies. Additionally, a workshop targeting Geelong's diverse community was conducted.
Interrupted by Covid, these workshops were planned to be delivered onsite and at the last moment, were reframed to be delivered online. Using digital whiteboards, online feedback tools and small group sessions, these online workshops proved to be engaging and allow both quantitative and qualitative feedback to be captured.
This engagement program, part of a larger joint effort with other network businesses, received the prestigious 2022 Energy Network Consumer Engagement Award, underscoring its exceptional leadership in consumer engagement within the industry.
