Stakeholder Engagement Strategy Refresh

Communication Link worked with the Suburban Land Agency (SLA) to update the Agency’s stakeholder engagement strategy to align to SLA’s vision of ‘creating great places where communities thrive’ and to reflect external engagement changes as a result of COVID-19. We facilitated a range of internal stakeholder workshops to determine how the strategy would need to be updated and re-aligned. The final strategy was designed to provide the SLA with the direction and tools needed to continue to build stakeholder trust and confidence through genuine engagement across the whole organisation.
