Communication Link has a long working relationship with Evoenergy (and its predecessor ActewAGL Distribution) providing a range of engagement, facilitation and communication services from strategy development through to delivery of a range of engagement activities including deep dives, drop-in sessions, and online engagement.
In 2014, we developed and implemented the organisation’s inaugural Consumer Engagement Strategy, which included the establishment and management of the Energy Consumer Reference Council. Since then we have worked to implement that strategy and develop two updated versions of the strategy.
Communication Link has particularly assisted in the delivery of engagement to support pricing and regulatory review processes. In 2020, we undertook an online deep dive to discuss stranded asset risk across a range of stakeholder groups.
