Helen has over 25 years’ industry experience across community, government and business sectors including five years as Executive Director of the Canberra Business Council. Helen is an outstanding facilitator who produces clear outcomes for clients. She delivers empathetic, dynamic and balanced engagement programs where all stakeholders feel they have contributed.

Adam directs the operations of Communication Link to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the client’s financial specifications. Adam has over 15 years’ experience in web design and development which he draws on to ensure we have the right technology in place to meet client needs including managing data analytics associated with understanding extensive community or stakeholder feedback.

Ellen has spent nearly 20 years developing her skills in engagement, communication, program evaluation and education management across industry, business and government. She has been part of Communication Link’s team since 2011 and Executive Manager since 2020. Ellen is a strong leader and strategic thinker. She is passionate about ensuring her projects are accessible, equitable and authentic.

Rosie is a skilled professional with more than 15 years experience in communications, change management, media, and strategy and policy development. Rosie has led and delivered various projects across industries in the public and private sectors. She is passionate about getting communication right, particularly during change management where effective communication is key.

Amelia is a passionate and experienced communication and engagement professional with over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors. Amelia finds creative ways to present concepts and visions to those she engages. She is dedicated to authentic collaboration and creates avenues for voices to be heard in the places where they matter most.

Andrew brings over 15 years of expertise in graphic design, art direction, and digital art to Communication Link as Design Lead. His approach combines a focus on inclusive design thinking, future-proofing strategies, and a dedication to design as craft, ensuring innovative and impactful solutions that meet both current and emerging needs.

Ann brings an enthusiasm for numbers and data and the ability to translate them in to meaningful and useful information to support the delivery of projects efficiently and effectively. She has 25 years career experience in both private and public sector, with experience in accounting roles and 10 years as a classroom teacher.

Dominic is an expert communicator with more than 10 years’ experience in a broad range of not-for-profit and public sector organisations. He is a positive and solutions-focussed team player, whose background spans from strategic engagement and proactive public relations, to government advocacy and change communications.

Jackie is a communication consultant with a background in marketing and communications. She has a passion for learning and trying new things and is interested in market research, data analysis and report writing.

Jax specialises in change and problem-solving through strategic stakeholder engagement. She offers 25 plus years’ communication and leadership experience across multiple sectors including finance, adult and community education, not-for-profits, emergency management and community resilience building. Jax is a proactive and lateral thinker who will work collaboratively to help you achieve your project outcomes.

Joss is an articulate, creative, and versatile professional with a strong foundation in digital communications strategies. Through extensive experience in both private and public sectors, he can translate complex ideas into compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. Joss is a strong collaborator who is passionate about delivering the best results for his clients.

Katrina is an award-winning communication professional with strong leadership skills, sound judgement and creative flair. With extensive experience across the private and public sectors, Katrina is a versatile team player who can shape strategy and deliver on objectives. She takes a positive and solutions-focused approach, working with clients to deliver outstanding communication results.

Louize brings over 25 years of experience in government relations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships, backed by a proven track record of achievements.

With strong experience in communication and community engagement, she values collaboration and the important role it plays in delivering meaningful results. Lou’s international experience in the not-for-profit sector equips her to align business goals with social responsibility, creating impactful and lasting partnerships.

Martine strives to instill focus in delivering influential communications in her work and always seeks opportunities to bring her unique skills and experience to tell stories, show impact and engage with the audience.
As an engagement, communication and marketing specialist she has led high performing teams delivering communication solutions to support key government, industry, and business programs across the public, private and not for profit sectors.

Mel specialises in design and delivery of people-centred organisational change and communication strategies and plans; with a strong focus on delivered sustainable commercial results. Mel offers 20 years’ change, commercial and operational leadership experience across several industries in the public and private sector, including energy and utilities markets. She is passionate about empowering and aligning individuals to succeed and support organisational and community change.

Naomi has over 20 years’ experience delivering outcomes for the community in the not-for-profit and government sectors. Naomi has tertiary qualifications in marketing as well as health and community development. She has delivered projects across the full engagement spectrum, from consultation to deliberative democracy and is committed to taking a partnership approach to enable deep and broad participation. She also has expertise in communications, social marketing, behaviour change and workshop facilitation.

Nicola is a strategic communicator specialising in change communication, event management and stakeholder engagement. She has extensive experience building linkages with key stakeholders in the government and non-government sectors. She’s highly adaptable and innovative and recognises strategic opportunities to bring about change and improvement.

Rennae is a communication and engagement specialist with experience in leading the implementation of complex projects on behalf of government, not-for-profit and private sectors. She approaches each project with empathy, creativity and inclusivity to empower the voice of lived experience and impact design and systems.   

Victoria is a highly qualified communications professional, with more than 15 years’ experience in journalism, strategic communications, media relations, issues management and stakeholder engagement. A strong strategist, Victoria has experience across infrastructure, community services, transport and education within the private and public sectors. 

Zarmina is dedicated to promoting enabling and effective organizational environments and driving impactful community initiatives.  She has held leadership positions for over 15 years, across diverse cultural, business and not for profit settings.
