We surveyed people during Floriade to gather views on how that area of the city could be improved.

The City Renewal Authority is seeking to better activate the Canberra City Walk and surrounding area.

We were engaged to design and deliver a survey to people during the peak time of Floriade, to gather insights from the community on how the area could be improved, and what would make the area more appealing to visit.

We intercepted and surveyed people at two locations; on the Floriade walking trail (Allara Street bridge) and on City Walk, using free keep cups to encourage people to participate.

A total of 60 in-person surveys were completed across survey windows on three different days.

The insights gathered from these community members is being used to inform future development of the area.
