To ensure the Return to Work program continued to nurture women to navigate their return to work, Communication Link developed an evaluation framework and reporting template to engage with participants to understand their experiences and help shape the program's future.
Women can face barriers in accessing training and employment when returning to the workforce.
The Return To Work program aims to increase the number of women returning to the workforce, increase the number of women engaging in training in preparation to return to work, increase women's skills and knowledge and address barriers that may impede women from returning to work.
Communication Link was engaged to develop an evaluation framework and reporting template for the program. Our focus on sourcing qualitative and quantitative data, led us to develop a comprehensive reporting template that will allow the Office for Women to easily report on outcomes of engagement activities.
We did this by tailoring our method to suit the audience when gathering data. We designed different ways to allow participants to contribute to the feedback using a simple reporting template. The template provided a consistent and effective insight into experiences, allowing for Office for Women to report on findings easily.
The Evaluation Framework and Report we created will allow the Office for Women to gather meaningful insights and feedback from Return to Work program participants. This information will support assessment of the project objectives, help understand the impact of the Program and opportunities for future improvement.
