Working as active partners of the Evoenergy team, we developed a strong understanding of the business, the technical and scientific advice underpinning operations, the political drivers and impacts to consumers in this transforming market. Through this understanding, we developed the initial stakeholder and consumer engagement strategy for the organisation.
Over almost 10 years Communication Link has supported engagement associated with periodic regulatory reviews and tariff restructures as well as operational transformation and infrastructure construction projects.
Our work distilling the technical and scientific workings of the sector has enhanced relationships with consumers, led to greater involvement from the community and stakeholders and increased understanding of how energy is generated, supplied, regulated and priced.
Initiatives delivered by Communication Link has the establishment of the Evoenergy Energy Consumers Reference Council, conduct of a Citizen's Jury on the energy transition, community online panels and discussions, pop-ups , online surveys and direct engagement with key stakeholders and community organisations.
As the ACT leads Australia in progress towards a net zero greenhouse gas emission future, Evoenergy are working to understand what that means for their networks and their consumers.
